What you´ll do

  • Implements BU/SBU market and product line strategies to achieve BU/SBU financial goals

  • Implements global roll-out of new products and programs including communication campaign and eBusiness strategy

  • Supports global SBU strategies & ensures alignment with global BU strategy & coordinates cross-SBU guardrails on marketing, pricing

  • Delivers customer penetration strategies and develops business models and tactics globally Acts as the first point of contact for and steers the category / brand teams on the global / regional level

  • Co-creates and supervises digital, social media and e-commerce communication of brands in collaboration with Digital Marketing priorities

  • Prepares presentations, innovation packages and documents for external activation with partners and customers

  • Contributes to global advertising campaigns - from agency briefing over production preparation to TV spots and digital videos

  • Coordinates local/regional promotional events like tradeshows, webinars, campaigns and ensuring end to end delivery from design to execution to completion, including lead sourcing

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related concentration is required

  • 6-8 years of professional marketing experience

  • Drove digital marketing initiatives and managed website content to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and customer experience.

  • Led brand development and brand-building activities, executing activation programs that strengthened market presence and consumer awareness.

  • Developed category and brand strategies informed by customer, trade, and market insights to support business growth objectives.

  • Managed events and leveraged trade, customer knowledge, and e-commerce expertise to drive effective commercial and marketing outcomes.

The salary range for this role is $115,000-$140,000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
