Job Description:

We are seeking an ML/AI Systems Design Engineer to design, develop, and validate scalable AI/ML solutions that support product development and system optimization. This role focuses on driving technical innovation, implementing machine learning models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality AI/ML technologies.

Responsibilities:

Drive technical innovation to enhance AI/ML capabilities across validation, technical methodologies, and cross-functional initiatives.
Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex engineering problems.
Monitor, evaluate, and improve the performance of AI/ML models.
Document AI/ML processes, models, algorithms, and technical methodologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing applications and workflows.
Develop AI/ML models for system validation and optimization.
Design and implement Large Language Model (LLM)-powered agents and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
Develop prompt orchestration, tool-calling workflows, vector-store indexing strategies, and end-to-end agent evaluation processes.
Support product development, solution definition, and root cause analysis activities.

Experience:

Experience with system design, development, and validation methodologies.
Experience designing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms.
Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
Experience integrating AI/ML solutions into existing systems and workflows.
Experience designing and implementing LLM-powered agents and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
Experience with prompt orchestration, tool calling, vector-store indexing, and agent workflow evaluation.
Experience working with large datasets, data preprocessing, and feature engineering.
Understanding of AI/ML regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks through completion.
