Full job description
We are looking for LVNs who are committed and passionate about having a positive impact on a child's life while upholding sound medical processes. The position is Monday through Friday during school hours - exact scheduling may vary dependent on school site placement. Seeking full time or per-diem LVN.
What We Offer:

Full Time and Per-Diem Schedule.

Competitive Pay Rate up to $40/HR (DOE)

Weekly pay!

Weekends and holidays off!
In this position, you would be working either:
-
1:1 with a student, providing medical attention throughout the day
-
Classroom setting support students with medical needs
-
Health office setting involving med pass, diabetic support, paperwork and documenting
The top 5 skillsets needed, but are not limited to:
-
G-tubes
-
Seizure Disorders/Monitoring
-
Mental/physical delays
-
Med pass
-
Trach
Minimum Requirements:
-
Licensed as a Licensed Practical/Licensed Vocational Nurse in state(s) where practicing
-
One year of School Nursing/Pediatric experience, preferred
-
At least one year of recent tracheostomy experience is required, unless approved by Amergis Clinical Designee
-
Completes tracheostomy competencies successfully
-
Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
-
Current CPR if applicable
-
TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
-
Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
-
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
-
Must be at least 18 years of age
