The Role You’ll Play As our Lead Payroll Analyst (Global/Regional – EMEA), you’ll play a lead role in delivering accurate, timely, and compliant payroll across multiple countries in the EMEA region. As a regional payroll expert, you’ll partner with internal teams and external providers, resolve complex payroll matters, mentor team members, and help strengthen and standardize our global payroll operations.

  • Process payroll across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery in accordance with global standard operating procedures
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors to ensure seamless payroll operations and compliance with local and international standards
  • Review and audit global payroll output reports and bank files, coordinating with Payroll Accounting to ensure the timely transfer of net payments and statutory tax and benefit payments
  • Advise, collaborate, and provide support on payroll, statutory, and social audits
  • Support internal audits to ensure proper documentation and controls are in place
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for regional payroll issues and escalations, involving the Manager and/or Director as needed for support
  • Review and implement country-specific compliance changes related to payroll taxation and reporting with Manager oversight
  • Reconcile and audit payroll output reports, including funding invoices, statutory tax, and compliance reporting
  • Provide support and mentorship to team member specialists as a regional payroll expert
  • Collaborate with Payroll Accounting on general ledger entries and inquiries
  • Identify opportunities to streamline payroll processes and improve operational efficiency
  • Participate in payroll transformations, system implementations, and global projects
  • Standardize global payroll processes while accommodating regional requirements and nuances Experience You Bring
  • 7+ years of payroll experience, with multi-country payroll expertise across the EMEA region
  • In-depth knowledge of regional payroll regulations, tax laws, and statutory requirements within the assigned region, EMEA, along with the ability to operate within a global payroll framework
  • Strong understanding of regional fringe and benefit-in-kind reporting requirements
  • Experience working with third-party payroll platforms, such as ADP, Workday, SAP, or Ceridian, as well as in-country partners
  • 7+ years of experience in statutory audits, tax filings, and pension compliance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to manage complex reconciliations
  • Ability to work independently and manage employee and internal stakeholder inquiries with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including exceptional Excel experience with VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data analysis Have we piqued your curiosity? Sound like the role for you?
