NOW HIRING: School Aide
2026-2027 School Year/ Arroyo Grande, CA
Amergis Staffing is currently seeking School Aide for the 2026/27 school year in the Arroyo Grande, CA area.
Position Details: Must have at least 6 months to 1 year of experience working with kids
Hours/Week: 30 hours weekly (On Call/sub roles are available)
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Start Date: August 10 th , 2026
Length: 26/27 School Year
Details: Grade Level: Elementary-High grade, in person,
Pay: Local Rate : $20/hour

The School Aide is an individual who works with students requiring instructional, and/or behavioral assistance under the supervision of the special education department, teacher and/or supervising designee. The School Aide may also provide support services to assist students with personal, physical mobility and therapeutic care needs, as established by a rehabilitation health practitioner, social worker or other health care professional.
Minimum Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent required

Comply with all relevant professional standards of practice

Current CPR if applicable

TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
