About the Role
We are looking for highly motivated Project Associates to support large-scale industrial data collection programs. This is a field-intensive role involving on-site execution across manufacturing, automotive, warehouse, and industrial facilities.
The Project Associate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day collection operations, maintaining recording quality, handling equipment, and acting as the primary point of contact at assigned collection sites.

Location: Bangalore (Field job / Travel required)
Salary: 30k

Key Responsibilities

Execute on-site data collection activities across assigned industrial facilities.

Set up, configure, and maintain head-mounted camera systems and recording equipment.

Train participants on recording procedures, equipment usage, and project guidelines.

Monitor live recording sessions to ensure compliance with recording protocols and quality standards.

Perform routine equipment checks, battery management, SD card management, and device troubleshooting.

Ensure secure handling, storage, and transportation of recording devices and accessories.

Verify recording quality before participants leave the site and identify issues requiring re-recording.

Maintain daily collection logs, participant records, equipment inventory, and incident reports.

Coordinate with facility representatives to ensure smooth execution with minimal operational disruption.

Upload or hand over recorded data following established data security protocols.

Escalate operational issues, equipment failures, or site-related challenges to the Project Coordinator.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, consent procedures, and client confidentiality requirements. Required Skills

Ability to troubleshoot basic hardware issues independently.

Ability to travel extensively across India. Preferred Qualifications

6 months to 3 years of experience in field operations, data collection, survey execution, logistics, or project execution.

Experience managing field teams or working on AI/ML data collection projects will be an added advantage.
