Amergis Healthcare is actively looking for a Home Health Physical Therapist that would be interested in a 1 3 Week , full-time contract opportunity at an clinic in Mount Vernon, IL . Additional details of the contract are below:
Position: Physical Therapist - Home Health
Location: Mount Vernon, IL
Pay Rate (Local): $60/hr
Total Travel Package: $2,646.00/week
- Must reside over 50 miles away to qualify for travel package *

Taxable Wages = $1,400.00/week

Weekly Housing Allowance = $770.00/week
-
Weekly Meals & Incidentals Allowance = $476.00/week
Estimated Weekly Take Home after taxes = $2,296.00/ week
Schedule:

8 hour days ; M- F
-
8 AM - 4:30 PM
-
mileage reimbursement for all visits

Coverage Areas: White, Hamilton, Franklin, Saline
Duration:
- 13 weeks (extension likely)
Requirements:

2+ year of experience as Physical Therapist
-
Provide home Physical Therapy evaluations, and education to home health patients. Over see creating plans of care for PTAs

Limited to no requested time off

IL PT License
-
home health experience

HCHB experience preferred
