You help create an environment where members feel comfortable, supported, and motivated to keep showing up. Whether you’re keeping the club spotless, answering phones, or helping someone get a membership, your work directly impacts how people experience our gym. This is an entry-level role with opportunities to grow. We provide training, support, and a clear path for advancement for team members who show up, work hard, and take pride in what they do. What You’ll Do * Keep the club clean, organized, and ready for members * Perform daily cleaning tasks (at least half of each shift is dedicated to cleaning) * Answer incoming phone calls and make outbound calls to new leads and members * Follow up with prospects who have requested information about joining * Give tours and help guests choose the right membership * Process new memberships, upgrades, and basic account changes * Respond to member questions in person, by phone, and by text/email * Assist with simple daily operations and checklists What We’re Looking For We hire for heart and hustle.
