Behavior Technician (RBT) - Biggs, California Company: Reach For The Sky, a Finni Health company Job Type: Part-time (less than 30 hours per week) Schedule: Monday through Friday, 4:00–4:30 PM/6:00–6:30 PM Location: In-Person- Biggs, California Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
Are you passionate about helping individuals reach their full potential and ready to make a meaningful impact? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
About the Role
As a Behavior Technician, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.
Key Responsibilities

Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision

Collect and record accurate session data

Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals

Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families

Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to ABA and special education
Qualifications

Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)

Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required)

Willingness to complete Internal training done through BCBA supervision following RBT standards and competency checks
