Job Description:

Manages targeted physicians and practices to develop and retain referrals.
-
Identifies, initiates, and maintains contact with targeted referral sources.

Develops and maintains relationships with physicians in the assigned territory to present services and foster business relationships.

Makes face-to-face contacts and presentations to current referring physicians and potential prospects.
-
Conducts proactive fieldwork with targeted physicians and their office staff to identify needs and match them with organizational offerings.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, including verbal, written, and public speaking (platform skills) [Required]
- Ability to develop and sustain professional relationships and loyalty to the hospital as well as develop new referral sources [Required]
- Demonstrate initiative, poise, confidence, and willingness to accept challenges [Required]
- Ability to travel between hospital and physician offices [Required]
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the demands of the position [Required]
Education:
- Bachelor's [Preferred]
- Master's [Preferred]
Field of Study:
- in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, Communications, Advertising, or Healthcare Administration

- 2+ position-related experience [Required]

Pay Range:
$60,151.66 - $111,886.39 Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
