Position Overview

Salary: $100,000 + Benefits, Immediate 401k match, 15 days of PTO, 11 Federal Holidays

MKS2 is seeking an experienced App Packaging Specialist to support the TALON Program under Accenture Federal Services (AFS). This role will support the migration of enterprise applications from legacy UEM environments to Microsoft Intune, including application inventory, packaging, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting across Windows, iOS, and Android platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct application inventory and migration readiness assessments.
• Package and deploy applications using MSIX, Win32/IntuneWin, and mobile app deployment technologies.
• Manage application deployments through Microsoft Intune, including MDM and MAM policies.
• Test and validate Windows, iOS, and Android applications for functionality, security, and compatibility.
• Troubleshoot installation failures, packaging issues, signing errors, and Intune deployment problems.
• Maintain application catalogs, deployment documentation, rollback plans, and migration records.
• Collaborate with application owners, security teams, and platform engineers throughout migration activities.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in application packaging, endpoint management, or systems engineering.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Microsoft Intune
  • MSIX and Win32 packaging
  • Mobile Device Management (MDM)
  • Mobile Application Management (MAM)
  • iOS and Android app deployment
• Experience performing application testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise MDM/MAM modernization efforts.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Zero Trust security principles.
• Experience with certificate management, code signing, and enterprise PKI.
• Familiarity with Log Analytics, KQL, CI/CD automation, and Intune configuration-as-code.
• Prior Blackberry UEM migration experience preferred.

Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or government-required clearance, if applicable.
