About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our healthcare team at Allaire Rehab & Nursing. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital sign checks, and assisting with daily living activities. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with our residents and their families.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital sign checks, and assisting with daily living activities
