Caregiver Responsibilities

  • transport clients to and from doctor's appointments and help with household errands, including grocery shopping.

  • perform light housekeeping, laundry assistance, and meal preparation duties.

  • display empathy towards our seniors, compassion and integrity is a must.

  • provide medication reminders and help with medication schedule management.

  • Non-medical support and personal care assistance, such as bathing, dressing and grooming.

  • Companionship

Visiting Angels cares about their staff, and we know that safety comes first. This includes supplying appropriate PPE and performing daily wellness checks on all clients and worker.

Job Requirement

  • Must be 18+ years to apply

  • Must have current New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide license-Not licensed? A staff member can assist you on how to get certified.

  • Valid driver's license

  • access to a reliable transportation

  • Able to pass statewide criminal background check

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
