-
Lead the identification, redesign, and automation of end-to-end recruiting processes, removing inefficiencies and reducing time-to-fill globally.
-
Evaluate, implement, and scale Artificial Intelligence tools applied to sourcing, screening, candidate matching, interview scheduling, and predictive analytics.
-
Serve as the functional sponsor for administering and optimizing the ATS (Greenhouse or others), ensuring efficient, scalable configuration across all regions.
-
Develop data analytics dashboards and models (conversion funnel, quality of hire, cost per hire, diversity) to drive data-informed decisions.
-
Own the digital transformation roadmap for TA, continuously evaluating new technologies (AI recruiting tools, chatbots, assessment platforms) against expected ROI.
-
Serve as the internal subject matter expert on recruiting best practices, continuously benchmarking against global industry standards. Compliance & Employer Brand
-
Ensure compliance with labor and immigration regulations specific to each region (U.S., Canada, Mexico, India, United Kingdom, and others).
-
Drive the global DEIB recruiting strategy to build a diverse and inclusive workforce across all geographies.
-
Contribute to the development and positioning of the company's employer brand in global markets. Full Cycle Recruiting
-
Engage directly in full-cycle recruiting for key or senior-level positions as needed: posting roles, sourcing, interviewing, making hiring recommendations, and delivering offers.
-
Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs. Requirements & Skills
-
6+ years of recruiting experience, with a proven track record leading sourcing and hiring strategies at a global scale.
-
4+ years of experience leading multi-regional or multi-country teams, ideally across North America, India, and the United Kingdom.

-
Strong critical and analytical thinking, with experience using data to report on performance and support decision-making.
-
Ability to operate in complex, ambiguous, fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
