Full job description
Position Summary:
Under the direction and leadership of the Nurse Manager, the Emergency Center RN is responsible for the delivery of patient care through knowledge of the nursing process and age-specific requirements and by following departmental and hospital policies and procedures. Qualified candidates must possess excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively document care, delegate assignments, relay information, make referrals, and act as liaisons between patients, physicians, other hospital disciplines, and community agencies.
Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Current Massachusetts licensure

Service-specific credentials, certification, and experience as specified

ASN with enrollment in a BSN/MSN program or equivalent service line experience may be considered

Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, or ENPC, and TNCC (New Graduates, as part of the New Graduate Program, must obtain the above Certifications within six months of the hire date).
