How you will make contributions that matter... • In accordance with SOP’s and product specifications, stage, weigh and record all batch ingredients. • Prepare dressings in accordance with dressing recipe specifications. • Record all ingredient usage using location ERP system.• Collect final product samples as required. Report any product deviations to the department supervisor immediately.• Perform routine product temperature settings during product batch and blend end-to-end cycle to ensure product meets specifications. Report all deviations to Supervisor immediately. • Follow all Allergen, Kosher and Organic protocols and product specifications.• Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOP’s) in detail without deviation.• Operate pumps, valves and blend controls and equipment in accordance with training and SOP’s.• Perform equipment clean-up, washing of equipment, change-over, COP, wash and CIP/SIP operations.• Perform routine equipment set-up and adjustments.• Accurately and neatly complete batch records, system data entry and documentation. Follow all defined protocols for completing batch records. • Perform all department environmental controls.• Perform product reclaim and rework operations in accordance with reclaim guidelines.• Support internal and external audits.• Follow all established occupational health and safety procedures.• Follow all established GMP’s and Food Safety requirements.• Effective coordination and cooperation with other departments.• Perform good housekeeping within established housekeeping guidelines.• Comply with federal, state and local dairy food regulations.

You are best suited for the role if you…

  • High school diploma or equivalent.• Minimum of (1)-one year of demonstrated work experience in food manufacturing, dairy food manufacturing experience preferred.• Advanced quality/food safety training and/or certifications is a plus, but not required.• A working understanding of food manufacturing acronyms (SQF, QA/QC, CQP, HACCP, SOP,5S, GMP, etc.).• Proficient computer skills, software and data entry, SAP a plus.• Strong technical skills, ability to operate and understand equipment controls, touch panels and mechanical operations.

Hourly rate $26.55
