What You’ll Do

Provide a positive, patient-centered experience from the first phone call to the end of the visit

Learn and navigate physician billing software with confidence

Accurately enter patient data and maintain up-to-date records

Manage physician schedules and coordinate appointments

Answer incoming calls, verify insurance, and collect co-pays
-
Support clinical and administrative teams as needed
What You Bring

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Experience in a medical office or billing department (preferred)

Familiarity with medical terminology and patient billing (preferred)

Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills

A friendly, professional demeanor and a team-first attitude
