Our client, a leading organization in the telecommunications and infrastructure industry, is seeking a dedicated Automotive Equipment Mechanic to join their team. As an Automotive Equipment Mechanic, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the Vehicle Maintenance Team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: White River Jct, VT
Pay Range: $40.00
Shift: TBD
What's the Job?

Receive reports of trouble on company motor vehicles and diagnose issues effectively.

Test, analyze, and repair motor equipment using standard automotive tools and procedures.

Perform auxiliary engine repairs, hydraulic repairs, and drive train replacements as needed.

Make adjustments, replace parts, and complete administrative paperwork for each job.

Work in various weather conditions and adhere to safety practices and procedures.
What's Needed?
-
Experience or training in automotive or mechanical fields, such as vocational-technical school or military service.

Valid state driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.

Ability to operate hydraulic lifts and drive vehicles with manual transmissions.

Must pass a Department of Transportation physical and drug screening.

Willingness to work evening shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.
