Full job description

TOOL & DIE MAKER –

7am - 3:30pm, Mon - Fri

Currently seeking a skilled and motivated Tool & Die Maker to join our team in our manufacturing facility. This position requires hands-on experience with designing, building, repairing, and maintaining shop tooling and fabricated fixtures to support production operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting abilities, mechanical aptitude, and experience operating machining equipment in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, test, and repair tooling and fabricated fixtures

  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and design sketches

  • Set up and maintain tooling for production equipment

  • Sharpen and maintain tooling as needed

  • Operate mills, lathes, and surface grinders safely and efficiently

  • Troubleshoot tooling and machining issues accurately and efficiently

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the department

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of machinist or tool & die experience preferred

  • Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

  • Experience operating machining equipment including mills, lathes, and grinders

  • Must have standard tools required for the position

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay Details: $26.50 to $31.50 per hour
