Here’s the Gist:Work to support the Mohawk Valley process flow and device integration. Work on complex problems and drive consensus and solutions in response to critical events. Build out process/device improvement plans and implement the same.

The Day-to-Day

  • Monitor key device attributes (in-line CD/thickness, PCM testing, and probe parametrics) to ensure process and device health.

  • Strong data analysis skills to drive root cause for parametric shifts or issues.

  • Drive problem solving across multiple teams (i.e. process, flows, product).

  • Respond to deviations in the production line and customer concerns and drive to root cause.

  • Develop solutions to problems utilizing structured problem-solving tools.

  • Support disposition and decision making in a 24x7 operation.

This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements):

  • BS in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or Equivalent. Advanced degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 3 year’s experience with a BS or 1 year’s experience with a Masters.

  • Understanding of semiconductor processes and device physics.

  • Experience in design of experiments, statistical analysis, and process control, including a passion for data analysis.

The posted salary range is what Wolfspeed reasonably expects to pay for this position. Actual pay for a hired applicant will be determined based on the individual’s job-relevant qualifications, experience, and other determinative factors. In the event it is determined that a different job level upon hire is warranted then that range will be communicated to the hired applicant as soon as reasonably practicable.

Compensation Range:

$81,000.00 - $111,000.00
