Insight Global is currently hiring a Warehouse Coordinator for one of our clients in Allen, TX. Our client is a global telecommunications solutions company that specializes in antennas and BDA (Bi-Directional Amplifier) technology used in hospitals, stadiums, high-rise buildings, and other large facilities. The organization has over 4,000 employees worldwide with a growing U.S. operation that supports the majority of domestic product distribution through its Allen, Texas facility. We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations, shipping logistics, and inventory administration. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring products are received, processed, documented, and shipped accurately while supporting a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing physical warehouse responsibilities with administrative tasks.

This is a 9-month contract to hire position with an hourly pay of $20/hr.

Skills and Requirements

-2–3+ years of warehouse, shipping, logistics, or warehouse coordination experience.

-Experience creating shipping labels and coordinating freight shipments.

-Experience working within ERP or inventory management systems.

-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

-Ability to perform hands-on warehouse duties, including lifting, packing, and moving materials. -Forklift certification (highly preferred but not required).

-SAP or similar ERP experience.

-Experience with barcode scanners or warehouse management systems.

-Experience coordinating international shipments.
