Job Duties

Are you looking for a part-time job with a flexible schedule? The New Ulm Economic Development Authority (EDA) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance duties for residential properties owned and/or managed by the EDA.

Responsibilities include preparing units for new residents, performing minor electrical and plumbing repairs, monitoring mechanical systems, assisting with building support, and other duties as assigned.

This position works Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. (20–25 hours per week). Hours may be flexible if the scheduled hours do not meet the candidate’s availability.

Minimum Education Required
