Heidelberg Materials is seeking an Aggregates Terminal Supervisor to lead daily terminal operations while promoting a culture of safety, efficiency, customer service, and operational excellence. This role is responsible for coordinating terminal activities, overseeing personnel and contractors, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead daily terminal operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable product handling and distribution.

  • Supervise employees and contractors, providing coaching, direction, and performance support.

  • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate shipments for rail and truck, and maintain accurate operational records.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Build strong relationships with customers, carriers, and internal partners to support exceptional service and operational performance.

  • Primarily based at a brand new aggregates terminal with exposure to outdoor weather conditions, moving equipment, and industrial environments.

  • Routine interaction with employees, contractors, truck drivers, customers, and vendors.

  • May require occasional travel, extended hours, or weekend work to support operational needs.

  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive workplace through active leadership and engagement.
