What You'll Do

Coordinate and manage the resident admissions process from inquiry to move-in

Complete admissions paperwork in compliance with state and federal regulations

Partner closely with clinical liaisons to ensure a smooth transition for new residents

Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources

Conduct community tours and provide information to prospective residents and families

Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting residents, families, and visitors
What We're Looking For
-
High school diploma or equivalent required
-
2+ years' experience in the hospitality industry (admissions, concierge, receptionist, etc.)

Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology

Long-term care, healthcare admissions, or experience working with older adults preferred
