Position Summary:

This position is responsible for issuing tickets, gifts, and promotions for Marketing events while providing superior customer service for all guests.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Includes but not limited to:

  • Conducts event registration

  • Completes gift compilation

  • Maintains property knowledge

  • Interacts with guests and provides event information

  • Enters guest information for events

  • Maintains and respects confidentiality of marketing programs and guest information

  • Unloading and organizing promotional gifts

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sets-up and tears-down event equipment and furniture

  • Independently performs related tasks, as needed

  • Maintains a clean and well stocked work area

  • Assists the Marketing Operations Manager and Supervisors, as needed

Minimum Education and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Basic computer skills

  • Must be able to professionally communicate event details to guests

  • Must be able to work independently under minimal supervision

Competencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Good organizational skills

Training Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Arctics and the Avatar Event Management System

  • Momentum Program

  • ACSC

  • Workday

  • Mohegan Sun’s scheduling and time management program

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time

  • May be required to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Other qualifications may apply based upon specific event requirements

  • Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours
