We’re seeking a hands-on leader who can accelerate revenue, strengthen customer relationships, and align sales, marketing, and operations to deliver exceptional results. This is a high-visibility leadership role for someone who thrives on winning new business, developing teams, and turning strategy into measurable growth. Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute the company’s revenue growth strategy, including sales planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.

  • Coach and develop the sales team and external rep partners to drive accountability, exceed targets, and expand market reach.

  • Personally pursue and close new business while deepening relationships within key accounts.

  • Shape go-to-market, pricing, and account strategies through customer insight, market intelligence, and competitive analysis.

  • Oversee marketing initiatives that elevate brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and clearly communicate technical capabilities to customers.

  • Own the quoting process to ensure proposals are accurate, competitive, timely, and aligned with customer needs and production realities.

  • Lead customer service operations to deliver responsive support, smooth order execution, and strong customer retention.

  • Partner closely with manufacturing and cross-functional leaders to align customer commitments with operational performance, continuous improvement, and quality standards.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing

  • 7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in manufacturing environment

  • Proven success driving revenue growth, winning new business, and expanding strategic accounts

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, customer service, quoting, and operations

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing environments and the ability to work effectively from the shop floor to the executive level

  • Strong communicator and collaborative leader with a results-oriented, data-driven approach
