Full job description
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through proactive and professional communication with both internal and external customers.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system.
- Monitor and track customs files to ensure timely processing and visibility.
- Ensure accurate and timely client billing
- Develop a thorough understanding of import customs procedures and apply this knowledge to meet customer requirements and expectations.
- Transfer customs declaration information from documents, or other sources into the customs entry system to allow for the build of a valid customs declaration.
- Support the verification, preparation, and submission of customs declarations to the appropriate customs authorities.
- Maintain full compliance with all applicable customs regulations, company policies, and industry requirements.
- Hours Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Successful candidates must pass a background check

Bachelor’s degree preferred; an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to listen, understand, and communicate clearly and concisely to achieve positive outcomes.

Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Proficient computer skills.

Interest in developing a career in supply chain management and logistics.
