This is a hybrid role spanning partnerships, project delivery, and product collaboration, focused on turning external relationships into real commercial and operational outcomes. You will act as the central point of coordination between Diesta and key partners (banks, insurers, vendors), ensuring integrations, joint initiatives, and new opportunities are executed seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnerships

  • Own and develop relationships with key external partners (e.g. banks, insurers, platforms)

  • Identify and unlock new partnership opportunities aligned with Diesta’s growth

  • Act as the internal expert on partner capabilities and points of contact

Execution & Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of partnership initiatives (e.g. integrations, joint product work)

  • Coordinate across internal teams (product, engineering, commercial) and external stakeholders

  • Ensure timelines, communication, and outcomes are tightly managed

Integrations & Enablement

  • Build deep familiarity with banking and partner ecosystems to streamline client integrations

  • Support clients and internal teams in navigating partner relationships efficiently

  • Reduce friction in onboarding and operational workflows involving third parties

Product & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product and engineering on partner-driven features and enhancements

  • Translate partner requirements into clear internal deliverables

  • Contribute to initiatives where partnerships intersect with product development

Process & Communication

  • Own all partner-facing communication and internal coordination

  • Establish lightweight processes to manage partnerships at scale

  • Maintain clarity and momentum across multiple concurrent initiatives

Core Skills & Experience

  • Experience in partnerships, project management, or product-facing roles

  • Strong operator: able to move between strategy and execution seamlessly

  • Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders across organisations

  • Clear communicator with high attention to detail

  • Proactive and resourceful, able to build structure where none exists

  • Familiarity with fintech, banking, or API-driven products is a plus

Benefits

  • Hybrid work model with a central London office (London Bridge / Monument)

  • Private healthcare insurance

  • Regular team lunches and international offsites

  • State-of-the-art technical equipment

  • 22 days annual leave (excluding bank holidays)

Interview Process

  • Intro Call with our Chief of Staff to explore your background and aspirations.

  • Technical Interview with the Delivery Manager.

  • Onsite Workshop at our London office, collaborate with the team and experience our culture first-hand.
