Express Employment Professionals –Woodbury, MN is now hiring a Light Equipment Operator for a well-established printing company in the East Metro!
Schedule & Pay:
Start on a steady 1st Shift: 6:00 am – 6:00pm | Monday thru Sunday Rotating
3rd shift 6pm-6am
Transition to a rotating 3x12 schedule: just 3 days a week – 4 days off!
Some weekend flexibility is required
Starting Pay: $17.50/hr.-$20.50
Pay increase upon hire – show your skills and get rewarded! Substantial increase upon hire!
Full-time, long-term opportunity with room to grow!
What You’ll Do:
Join a supportive team environment where you’ll operate and maintain light production machinery to ensure high-quality printing and packaging products. Your key responsibilities will include:
Setting up and operating finishing/binding/packaging equipment
Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting
Assisting in training new teammates and coordinating workflows
Learning new areas and cross-training to build your skillset
