Full job description
We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager who can turn improvement ideas into sustained results while helping drive a culture of operational excellence. In this role, you will lead the deployment of WCM and Lean principles across the organization, partnering with leaders and frontline teams to identify opportunities, remove barriers, and standardize best practices.
Success in this position requires the ability to influence at all levels of the organization, manage change effectively, and navigate conflict as processes and mindsets continue to evolve. The ideal candidate is results-driven, adaptable, and passionate about continuous improvement, with strong communication skills and a hands-on approach.
This role will play a key part in helping the business operate smarter, safer, and more efficiently every day.
You may be a strong fit for this role if you have:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering required, or a Business degree with 5+ years of Lean Manufacturing experience.
Experience
-
5+ years of progressive experience in an industrial manufacturing environment with leadership responsibility in engineering, operations, or continuous improvement
-
3+ years of people leadership experience leading technical teams, contractors, and cross-functional initiatives

Experience with World Class Manufacturing (WCM) or similar continuous improvement systems, including reliability improvement, 5S, autonomous maintenance, and standard work

Preferred Certifications

WCM White Cap

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
Skills & Abilities
Strong knowledge of continuous improvement tools, statistical analysis, and problem-solving methodologies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI is-strongly preferred, along with the ability to lead through influence, prioritize work, delegate effectively, and drive accountability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
