About the role
Now Hiring: Group Class Instructor
HealthFitness is seeking an energetic Group Class Instructor to join the fitness team at our corporate client site in Racine, Wisconsin . This is a great opportunity to motivate others, share your passion for fitness, and make an impact in a supportive worksite environment.
🕒 Schedule: Teach up to 10 classes per week
If you love leading dynamic classes and creating positive workout experiences, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members such as dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit.
Minimum Requirements

Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.

Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.

2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.

Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
