Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder/Fabricator to join a growing custom fabrication shop specializing in high-end stainless steel railing systems. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced welders as well as candidates with trade school training looking to grow their fabrication skills in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Measure, layout, cut, fit, and fabricate stainless steel railing systems.

• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and weld symbols.

• Perform TIG welding on stainless steel in various welding positions.

• Grind and polish materials to meet customer finish specifications.

• Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet design and manufacturing standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with TIG welding; MIG welding experience is a plus.

• Ability to read blueprints, fabrication drawings, and weld symbols.

• Experience using fabrication equipment, hand tools, and measuring instruments.

• Knowledge of layout work, basic algebra, geometry, and measurements.

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work safely in a manufacturing environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of COLUMBIA, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
