Commercial Roofer
Position Overview
Kato Roofing, Inc. (KRI) is seeking dependable, hard-working individuals to join our commercial roofing team. We take pride in delivering high-quality roofing solutions while maintaining an unwavering commitment to safety, teamwork, and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems

Work safely and efficiently as part of a professional roofing crew

Operate roofing tools and equipment

Assist with material handling and jobsite organization

Participate in safety meetings and ongoing training

Follow company safety policies and OSHA requirements

Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications & Requirements

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Reliable attendance and dependability

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Comfortable working at heights

Willingness to learn and develop new skills

Roofing or construction experience preferred, but not required

Ability to safely perform physical job duties
Work Schedule

Monday through Friday

Typical work hours are between 6:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Hours may vary based on project schedules, weather conditions, and workload

Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Frequent ladder climbing and stair use

Ability to perform repetitive physical movements

Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Compensation

Starting Pay: $23-$28 per hour (DOE)
