  • Lead and manage litigation matters related to real estate and corporate disputes, including commercial lease issues, construction claims, zoning disputes, shareholder/partnership disputes, and breach of contract matters.

  • Provide legal counsel to clients on real estate transactions, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance issues.

  • Supervise junior attorneys and litigation teams through all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeal.

  • Develop and expand client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.

  • Collaborate with firm leadership to drive practice group strategy and mentor associates.

  • Ensure high standards of client service, ethical practice, and professional development. Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

  • Admitted and in good standing with the [State] Bar.

  • Minimum of 10 years of legal experience, with substantial time focused on real estate litigation and corporate litigation.

  • Demonstrated success in client acquisition, retention, and cross-practice collaboration.

  • Exceptional legal writing, oral advocacy, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.
