- Own and prioritize the IAM product roadmap
- Manage executive stakeholder relationships and alignment
- Drive adoption, change management, training, and communication efforts
- Manage vendor relationships, licensing, renewals, and contracts
- Own portfolio strategy, budgeting, headcount planning, and sourcing
- Oversee joiner, mover, leaver processes and access certifications
- Lead audit and compliance response activities
- Define service strategy, SLAs, support model, and ITSM alignment
- Track and report KPIs related to risk, adoption, and service performance
- Manage and develop Product Owners and Product Managers
Partner with CIO and CISO on identity service security posture

Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or related field
- 10+ years of Product Owner/Product Management experience
- Portfolio-level ownership experience
- 5+ years in IAM or security-related domain
- 3+ years of leadership/supervisory experience
- Executive-level budget and investment case ownership
- Executive-level vendor negotiation experience
- Experience driving organizational change across cross-functional teams
- Healthcare regulatory knowledge (HIPAA, HITRUST, audit requirements)
- Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Docker and Kubernetes experience
- Vendor management experience (licensing, renewals, value realization)
Product staff leadership, coaching, and performance management - Workday, ServiceNow, Entra/Duo, and SailPoint experience
- Executive relationships with Microsoft, SailPoint, and ServiceNow
- Epic program investment experience
- PMP certification
- SAFe certification
