Full job description

The Fried Frank London office are currently recruiting for a Restructuring Associate (2-3 PQE / Class of 2022-2023). The successful Associate will work closely with private investment management firms, corporates, and facility borrowers. They will engage in cross-border and UK restructurings across various industry sectors, providing strategic solutions and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management and execution of restructuring projects.

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop and implement restructuring strategies.

  • Conduct financial analysis and modelling to support restructuring initiatives.

  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting restructurings.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Required skills:

  • 2-3 PQE (Class of 2022-2023) with relevant experience in restructuring or finance.

  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects.

  • Knowledge of cross-border and U.K. restructuring processes.
