Description

Patient Admissions Coordinator at Providence Seaside Hospital in Seaside, OR.

Part-Time/Variable Shift

The incumbent performs all duties in a manner that promotes the Providence mission, values, and philosophy. In all aspects, the incumbent serves as a role model for the values and mission of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree - Healthcare or Business Administration.

  • National Certification of CHAA upon hire.

  • 3 years - Experience in Patient Access of Business office setting. Experience with insurance eligibility systems.

  • 3 years - Utilization of medical terminology in job setting. Knowledge in medical billing codes.

  • 1 year - Knowledge of Epic applications.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
