About the Internship

As a Human Resources Intern – Organizational Development, you'll support initiatives that strengthen our culture, enhance employee development, and improve the overall employee experience. You'll gain hands-on experience in training coordination, organizational development, employee engagement, and internal communications, while working alongside experienced HR professionals in a global manufacturing company.

Responsibilities

Support the planning and coordination of employee training programs.

Assist with organizational development and employee engagement initiatives.

Create and maintain internal communication materials, presentations, newsletters, and digital content.

Help organize training sessions, workshops, and company events.

Track training records and support learning administration.

Assist in developing communication campaigns that promote KI's culture and values.

Support HR projects focused on employee development and continuous improvement.
QualificationsEducation
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in:

Marketing

Industrial Engineering

Or a related field
Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Creativity and attention to detail.

Excellent organizational and planning skills.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Experience with Canva, graphic design, or video editing is a plus.

Intermediate English is desirable.
