About the Internship

Are you passionate about helping people learn, grow, and succeed?

As a Human Resources Intern – Organizational Development, you'll support initiatives that strengthen our culture, enhance employee development, and improve the overall employee experience. You'll gain hands-on experience in training coordination, organizational development, employee engagement, and internal communications, while working alongside experienced HR professionals in a global manufacturing company.

This is an excellent opportunity for students who are creative, organized, and excited to make a positive impact on people and the workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and coordination of employee training programs.

  • Assist with organizational development and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Create and maintain internal communication materials, presentations, newsletters, and digital content.

  • Help organize training sessions, workshops, and company events.

  • Track training records and support learning administration.

  • Assist in developing communication campaigns that promote KI's culture and values.

  • Support HR projects focused on employee development and continuous improvement.

QualificationsEducation

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in:

  • Human Resources

  • Psychology

  • Organizational Development

  • Business Administration

  • Communications

  • Marketing

  • Industrial Engineering

  • Or a related field

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Creativity and attention to detail.

  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

  • Experience with Canva, graphic design, or video editing is a plus.

  • Intermediate English is desirable.
