As a Security Officer Credential Lifecycle in Gardner, KS , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor entry points, manage visitor and employee access, and conduct routine patrols to help deter incidents. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.

Monitor access control systems, verify credentials and authorization, issue visitor and contractor badges, and maintain accurate access-related records.

Control entry and exit points for personnel, vehicles, materials, and deliveries in accordance with established site procedures.

Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through appropriate channels.

Conduct regular and random patrols of facility access points, business areas, and the perimeter to help identify unauthorized activity and report security-related concerns.
Minimum Requirements:

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
