Job Title: Feed Labeling and Registration Coordinator

Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)

Assignment Type: Temporary (not temp-to-perm)

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Feed Labeling and Registration Coordinator to support our regulatory and compliance teams. This role is integral to ensuring products are accurately labeled and registered with state agencies. If you have a high proficiency with email, Microsoft Office applications, and a keen eye for detail, this is a great opportunity to play a critical part in our operations.

Please note: A background check and drug test are required before starting this assignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Feed Labeling Support: Create and review feed labeling to comply with applicable standards and requirements.

  • Feed Registration Support: Manage incoming mail and state correspondence; support check processing, product registrations, and feed licensing with state agencies.

  • Maintain high accuracy in data entry, documentation, and correspondence.

  • Work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders to address labeling and registration needs.

  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, remaining organized and efficient under deadlines.

Skills & Competencies

  • High proficiency with email communication and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, SharePoint).

  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high accuracy in work.

  • Strong math aptitude and comfort with numbers.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Able to effectively adjust priorities and meet critical deadlines.

  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team with diverse backgrounds and perspectives.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required, and 1–3 years of relevant work experience OR

  • Bachelor’s degree, and 0–2 years of relevant work experience.

  • Must pass a background check and drug test prior to starting the assignment.
