Full job description
As an Enterprise Associate Account Executive, you will drive new business growth by identifying, engaging, and closing opportunities within the private sector. Working closely with Sales, Product, Legal, Marketing and Customer Success teams, you will manage a defined territory, build a strong sales pipeline, and deliver consultative, data-driven solutions that help customers achieve their workforce goals. This role is ideal for an early career sales professional who is motivated by building relationships, exceeding goals, and developing expertise in workforce analytics.
Major Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities within an assigned territory
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, solution presentations, negotiations, and deal closure
- Build trusted relationships with prospects and customers by understanding business challenges and delivering consultative solutions
- Meet or exceed sales targets for revenue, pipeline growth, and other key performance metrics
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and customer activity using CRM tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, Gong, Engage and Outreach.
- Identify opportunities for renewals, cross-sell, and upsell while supporting long-term customer success
- Collaborate with Product, Legal, Customer Success, Marketing and other cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Continuously develop sales skills, product knowledge, and market expertise to drive business growth
Education & Experience:
- 0–1 years of experience in sales, business development, recruiting, or another customer-facing role required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and achieve goals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and SalesLoft preferred
- Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to develop expertise in consultative sales, workforce analytics, and labor market data
