Critical care, rare disease, hospital account sales position focused on launching and selling products. This position requires educating and presenting complex clinical disease state information to advance diagnosis and treatment. Launch and P&T formulary approval process experience necessary. The position requires strong business acumen with a focus on cross functional HCPs including hepatology, nephrology, critical care, and intensivists.

Deep understanding of disease state and ability to effectively communicate and educateSells product and drives adoptionUnderstands the market landscape and competing productsAnalyzes territory and account data, uses judgment and experience to identify business opportunities and drive utilizePrioritizes sales activities and continually evaluates targets to meet goals and track sales impactDevelops KOLs and implements programs consistent with product strategy to drive sales resultsDevelops and maintains relationships with internal colleagues and external HCPs/CustomersEnsures compliance with all applicable laws, policies and procedures in conducting businessMeets specific expectations on speaker events and other available resourcesDevise and implements a plan to address distribution channel, access, competition, and market challenges to positively impact sales

The expected base pay range for this position is $131K - $188K . Please note that base pay offered may vary depending on factors including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
This position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable program. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion.
