Salary: $16.00 Hourly

$1500 Sign-on bonus

Schedule is Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays 5am until 1pm.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:

A Drop Count Associate performs the tasks of collecting Slot machines and drop boxes; counting and strapping currency contained in the drop boxes; and organizing other paperwork and entering data into a computer. The associate must be detail oriented and comfortable following company policies, procedures and controls without question while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations of the Gaming Commission, and Federal and State laws governing monetary transactions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

•Provide excellent guest service to both internal and external guests.

•Actively supports the company culture of creating a fun and entertaining experience for internal and external guests.

•Maintains a thorough, working knowledge of laws, rules and regulations of the Gaming Commission, as well as company policies, procedures and controls.

•Ensures the integrity of all Soft Count transactions.

•Oversees box drop collection process and counting money.

•Completes all accounting and other required paperwork related to Slot and table games cash and ticket drops.

•Facilitates the flow of information by attending regularly scheduled departmental meetings.

•Held accountable, to a high degree, for the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports.

•Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

High School diploma or (GED) required.
