About Glia

Glia is the #1 Banking AI platform, empowering community and regional financial institutions to create efficiencies, accelerate loan growth, drive deposits, and deliver experiences that win against megabanks and fintechs.

Glia's Banking AI Operating System is a central intelligence layer on top of existing tech stacks, activating an AI workforce of specialized agents that draw from banking data, interaction history, and integrated systems of record. These banking-trained agents automate workflows across voice and digital–from front office to back office–resulting in decreased operational costs and the Universal Banker model.

Trusted by 700+ banks and credit unions for its ironclad security and reliability, Glia delivers the industry’s first contractual no-hallucination guarantee. It’s why Glia customers quickly and confidently put Banking AI to work with measurable results from day one. More information about Glia can be found at glia.com .

The Role At Glia, we believe banking is personal—and our marketing should be too. As the Experiential Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key supporting role in bringing our experiential strategy to life. You will support the planning and execution of high-impact marketing experiences—spanning in-person events like executive summits, conferences, and event activations, as well as highly engaging virtual experiences such as webinars and interactive virtual round tables—all designed to deepen relationships and build pipeline within our defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

Working closely with our Experiential Marketing Managers, you will help bridge the gap between digital data-driven insights and the moments that foster real human connection.

What You’ll Do

  • Event Support & Execution (In-Person & Virtual): Support the execution of regional event programs (tradeshows, happy hours, executive summits) and virtual events (webinars, roundtables) to capture attention and drive audience engagement.

  • Logistics, Platforms & Vendor Management: Manage tactical event logistics across physical and digital channels. For in-person events, handle vendor communication, venue setup, and onsite execution. For virtual events, configure platforms, coordinate tech runs, and manage live digital production.

  • Event Promotion & Campaign Alignment: Drive pre-event marketing promotions. Partner with Growth Marketing, Design, and Sales teams to build high-converting landing pages, write compelling email invitations, create outreach kits, and target specific audience lists to maximize registration and attendance.

  • Lead Operations & Pipeline Tracking: Act as the gatekeeper for event data. Partner closely with Marketing Operations to manage prompt lead entry, ensure immediate lead routing to Sales/BD, and assist in tracking post-event follow-ups and pipeline influence.

  • Budget, Timelines & Reporting: Maintain event calendars and project timelines, track budget expenses and invoice processing, and gather metrics to report ROI and program success using Salesforce and team dashboards.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with Growth Marketing, Sales, and Business Development teams to align on event strategy, target account lists, and multi-channel campaign support.

  • Workflow Automation & AI Efficiency : Identify opportunities to streamline manual event tasks by leveraging AI tools and automated workflows.

Who You Are

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in an event coordination, field marketing, or marketing support role (B2B SaaS or fintech experience is a plus).

  • Detail-Oriented & Organized: Exceptional project management and organizational skills with a strong eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple event timelines simultaneously.

  • Execution Mindset: Action-oriented problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys handling event logistics end-to-end.

  • Collaborative Communicator: Great interpersonal and written communication skills with a customer-service mindset when working with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with marketing tools and software such as Salesforce, Marketo, Google Workspace, Asana, and Zoom.

  • Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally for domestic event coordination and onsite support.

Why Glia

  • Be part of a fast-growing SaaS company transforming how banks and credit unions connect with their customers.

  • Collaborate with an innovative, supportive marketing team reimagining B2B engagement.

  • Opportunities for career growth and skill development in field and experiential marketing.

  • Competitive compensation, benefits, and a people-first culture that values growth, connection, and authenticity.
