Kids First is seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to providein-person, in-homeABA services inAnchorage, Alaska.

Position Overview:

RBTs work 1:1 with clients to implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA. Services focus on building communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 ABA services in home-based settings

  • Implement BCBA-designed treatment plans and programs

  • Collect accurate data using electronic data collection systems

  • Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA

  • Support parent training and clinical activities as assigned

  • Maintain RBT certification and follow BACB ethical guidelines

  • Adhere to HIPAA and company policies

  • Travel between client homes as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • RBT certification or willingness to obtain (paid training provided)

  • Experience working with children ages 3–18 (preferred but not required)

  • Ability to travel to client homes

  • Strong communication and professionalism

  • Physical ability to meet job demands (lifting, stairs, etc.)

  • CentralReach experience is a plus

  • CPR certification (preferred but not required)
