Job description
Mempelajari gambar teknik, instruksi kerja (work order), dan spesifikasi material sebelum memulai proses produksi.
Menyiapkan dan memasang tooling, fixture, serta material benda kerja pada mesin CNC dengan akurat.
Memasukkan data, memanggil program atau menyesuaikan parameter (kecepatan potong, feed rate) sesuai kebutuhan operasional.
Mengoperasikan mesin CNC selama siklus produksi berlangsung serta memantau pergerakan mesin untuk memastikan tidak ada kesalahan teknis.
Melakukan pengukuran dimensi produk menggunakan alat ukur presisi untuk memastikan produk sesuai toleransi.
Melakukan inspeksi visual dan memberikan penandaan pada produk yang tidak sesuai.
Melakukan pembersihan area kerja dan mesin secara rutin setelah selesai digunakan (konsep 5S).
Memastikan level pendingin (coolant) dan pelumas mesin dalam kondisi cukup sebelum pengoperasian.
Melaporkan kerusakan mesin atau ketidaknormalan suara/kinerja mesin kepada tim teknisi atau supervisor.
Mencatat hasil produksi harian ke dalam lembar laporan produksi atau sistem manajemen perusahaan.
Wajib mematuhi standar Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja dengan menggunakan APD lengkap.
