KMG Prestige is seeking a Grounds Technician & Janitor to join our team in Bloomington, IL who takes pride in their work and is detail oriented. The ideal candidate will be dependable and strive to create happy residents through providing superior customer service and a visually appealing property.

You Have:

  • Cleaning experience

  • Self-Motivation

  • Ability to safely use lawn care equipment

  • Ability to safely use snow removal equipment

  • Basic maintenance knowledge

  • Available nights and weekends

  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
