Job Description
Insight Global is looking for Commercial HVAC Tech to join their team for a 6-month contract to hire opportunity. This candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across BayCare facilities. This candidate will be servicing the utility plant which includes air handlers, refrigerators, coolers, and ice machines. The goal is to ensure optimal indoor air quality and climate control to support patient care and operational efficiency.

3 years of Commercial HVAC maintenance experience

Good understanding of the A/C (Refrigeration) cycle

Mechanically inclined with the ability to:
o Repair and replace motors, belts, bearings, compressors, fan motors, contactors, and valves
o Work with pumps, chillers, air handlers, rooftop units (RTUs), and package units

Great customer service skills • HVAC Certifications
