Position Overview

As a Production Operator on our Assembly Team, you will play a key role in assembling and packaging parts and components. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone interested in manufacturing and learning new things.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform assembly of a variety of parts and components, using different tools.

  • Use light machinery to bag and label parts and components or etch parts.

  • Work as part of a team; following directions. Interpret work instructions, follow blueprints.

  • Check part functionality when needed.

Qualifications

Required:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Communication skills

  • Ability to follow directions, strong time management.

Preferred:

  • Basic technical knowledge of the equipment, tools and the assembly process

  • Able to work well independently or as part of a team

  • Ability to read, write and understand English

Physical Requirements

Required:

  • Balancing, Stooping, Kneeling, Crouching, Reaching, Standing, Walking, Pushing, Pulling, Lifting, Picking, Grasping, Feeling, Talking, Hearing, Repetitive Motions

  • Manual dexterity

  • Close visual acuity

  • Subject to noise, hazards, and oils.

  • Lift up to 35 lbs
