Your role as a Patient Services Supervisor

As a Patient Services Supervisor at Minnesota Urology, you will be at the forefront of delivering optimal, compassionate, and patient-centered care. Your primary responsibility will involve organizing and coordinating our dedicated patient services staff and resources to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in care delivery. Collaborating closely with Clinical Services supervisors and managers, you will help create a consistent, positive experience for patients across all our locations. Additionally, you will serve as an expert resource for Practice Management and EHR software, ensuring mastery of these essential tools.

During peak times, your ability to assist with scheduling will be invaluable, reinforcing our commitment to seamless patient care. This role promises both a dynamic work environment and the opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of our patients.

What matters most

To thrive as a Patient Services Supervisor at Minnesota Urology, candidates should possess a robust combination of skills and experience. A minimum of five years in a clinical setting, with a preference for specialty practice, is essential. Ideal applicants will have at least three years of experience in staff supervision, covering vital areas such as scheduling, performance management, and training.

Multi-clinic supervisory experience will be advantageous. A background in healthcare management, along with a relevant certification, will strengthen your candidacy. A Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare-related field is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs-Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint-is crucial, as well as the ability to navigate electronic medical record systems effectively. Familiarity with quality control measures and the capacity to implement and achieve goals will further enhance your success in this role, ensuring a top-tier patient experience across our clinics.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

Minimum of five years clinic experience; specialty practice preferred.

Three or more years staff supervision including scheduling, performance management and training required. Multi-clinic supervisory experience a plus.

Healthcare related certification or demonstrated successful history of related experience in healthcare management.

Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare related field preferred.
